Busti Fire Dept Dice Run for The Hasson Family! 

ATV/SxS Road Rally 

Saturday, August 30th, 2025 @the Busti Fireman’s Grounds 

Registration Starts @7:00 AM 

 Ride Starts @8:30 AM

  • We are raising money for an amazing family in their time of need.  More information to follow on Event Day Competitions and a Chance to Win Prizes.
  • The Busti Fire Dept. is excited and proud to have Dave Warren Powersports as this events Sponsor.
  • Primitive Camping will be available for $50 per site from Friday, August 29th, Check In @3 PM through Sunday, August 31st, Check Out @11 AM. Bathrooms are available on site, however NO SHOWERS! Space is limited to one hundred campers and must be reserved via simpletix.
  • Pre-Registration is $25 per Person/Operator and Additional Riders. Children under twelve with a Registered Adult are Free. Each Person must be registered separately and sign the Waiver that will be available at check in.  We strongly encourage Pre-Registration via Simpletix.
  • Friday, Aug. 29th Registration Check in for Simpletix Registrants will be from 5 PM to 8 PM under the Tent at the Fireman’s Grounds. Additional Registration Sales will be available from 6 PM – 8PM - $30 per Operator/$25 per Rider- Children Under twelve are Free with a Registered Adult.
  • Saturday, Aug. 30th Registration will kick off at 7 AM, with the first wave of riders being let loose by 8:30 AM, and in 15–30-minute increments up until 12 noon. Additional Registration Sales will be available from 7 AM- 11 AM- $30 per Operator/$25 per Rider- Children Under twelve are Free with a Registered Adult. Designated Stops and The Route Map will be released the Morning of the Event.
  • A Backroad Country Adventure Awaits.   The over 40-mile route will offer views and fun while going to designated Dice Roll Locations.  Participants MUST roll at each location to QUALIFY for the Cash Prizes!  Refreshments and facilities available at those locations.
  • Highest Roll $750 – 2nd Highest Roll $500 – Low Roller-$250.
  • The Busti Fire Dept Auxiliary will be serving Food & Beverages on site at the Firemans grounds after the ride.   More Information to Follow.
  • Helmets are Required. ALCOHOL is not Permitted. It is the expectation that Operators & Riders will follow all State Laws & Regulations. Please respect the route and the property of those along the route, both personal and business. Dirt Bikes will NOT be Permitted.

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

(READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING)

IN CONSIDERATION of being allowed to participate in any way in Busti Fire Company Road Ride Event "EVENT"

  1. I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE that although I have been supplied with certain information on the prescribed Event, the Event does not permit me to inspect the prescribed course or any portion of the prescribed course or the immediately adjacent areas therefore with which I may come in contact during the EVENT prior to my participation in the Event.  I Understand and agree that if at any time, I believe anything to be unsafe or unsatisfactory in any way, I will immediately take all necessary precautions to avoid the unsafe area and/or refuse to participate further in the EVENT.
  2. I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENTANT NOT TO SUE the promoters, participants, vehicle owners, riders, officials, drivers, rescue personnel, sponsors, advertisers, owners and lessees of premises used to conduct the EVENT, premises and event inspectors, surveyors, underwriters/brokers, consultants and others who give recommendations, directions, or instructions or engage in risk evaluation or loss control activities regarding the premises or EVENT and for each of them, their directors, officers, agents, and employees, all for the purposes herein referred to as "RELEASEES", FROM ALL LIABILITY TO THE UNDERSIGNED, his/her personal representatives, assignees, heirs, and next of kin, FOR ANY AND ALL LOSS OF DAMAGE, AND ANY CLAIM OR DEMANDS THEREFORE ON ACCOUNT OF INJURY TO THE PERSON OR PROPERTY OR RESULTING IN DEATH OF THE UNDERSIGNED ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE EVENT(S), WHETHER CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OF ANY RELEASEE(S) OR OTHERWISE.
  3. I HEREBY AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS the RELEASEES and each of them FROM ANY LOSS, LIABILITY, DAMAGE, FEES, OR COST they may incur arising out of or related IN ANY MANNER TO MY ATTENDANCE AT OR PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF ANY RELEASEE(S) OR OTHERWISE.
  4. I HEREBY ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY RISK OF BODILY INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE arising out of or related to the EVENT whether caused by the NEGLIGENCE OF ANY RELEASEE(S) OR OTHERWISE.
  5. I HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE that THE ACTIVITIES OF THE EVENT ARE DANGEROUS and involve the risk of severe injury and/or death and/or property damage.  Each of THE UNDERSIGNED also expressly acknowledges that INJURIES RECEIVED MAY BE COMPOUNDED OR INCREASED BY NEGLIGENT RESCUE OPERATIONS OR PROCEDURES OF THE RELEASES.
  6. I HEREBY AGREE that this Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement extends to all acts of negligence by the RELEASEES, INCLUDING NEGLIGENT RESCUE OPERATION and is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the laws of the State in which the EVENT is/are conducted and that if any potion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.
  7. I HEREBY AGREE that this agreement shall be binding and enforceable against me, my personal representatives, agents, spouses, assigns, heirs and next of kin without limitation.
  8. Eighteen & Under require parental permission signature.
  9. The operators must be at least 16 years old.
  10. NO ALCOHOL permitted on the route.
  11. NO motorcycles, dirt bikes, golf carts, or e-bikes are allowed.
  12. ATV/UTV should be insured.
  13. Use helmets & Seatbelts for rider safety.
  14. The speed limit is 25MPH.
  15. Please be respectful of other riders and private property.

THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE INTERPRETTED UNDER THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK.  If any part of this Agreement is adjudged to be invalid for any reason, I agree that the remaining terms of the agreement remain in force and effect.

I HAVE READ THIS RELEASES AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND HAVE SIGNED IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT, ASSURANCE OR GUARANTEE BEING MADE TO ME AND INTEND MY SIGNATURE TO BE A COMPLETE AND INCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.
